I ordered 2 packs to SA they arrived promptly although packed in a foam box with ice packs they were thawed but very cold. I was happy as it allowed me to separate easily. My snakes both had one that day no dramas.

I bought this product as I have cats that are on a raw diet. A number of overseas breeders feed DOC's to their cats and have very positive things to say about them. As people know, cats are natural hunters and when kept indoors or in enclosures this is an instinct that we are denying them. Being able to supply them with DOC's and mice which we can be sure carry no contaminants is great. The postage was amazing.. I ordered it one morning and it was at my door the following morning. My only gripe, and it is a small one, is that as I live in a rural area the chicks and mice were starting to defrost - if an extra ice pack was added or the product was wrapped in newspaper prior to posting it would probably eliminate this problem.
