Returns Policy
We guarantee our insects arrive alive and will replace anything that does not arrive in awesome condition. We would really like to see what condition the critters turn up in if they are less than desirable so would like a photo forwarded to us. But, rest assured we will do our very best to get our yummy beasties to you and your pets asap in perfect condition.
Any faulty products can be returned within 14 days and replacements will be sent back to you.

Shipping
We offer shipping Australia wide. We are based in Sydney and offer excellent freight rates on orders from Newcastle to Wollongong, because thats how big Sydney is! You can order as much as you like and it will only cost you $12.00 for freight to your door within these areas. We also offer great Australia Post express post rates that will see your parcels delivered to any point in Australia.
Shipping prices may be subject to change and are dependent on your order quantity and delivery address. We use a number of different couriers depending on where in this beautiful country you are. We can advise couriers to leave at door if you are out and about during the working week.
